About This Practice

We Don’t Operate Like a Typical Clinic.

Roberts Aesthetics & Wellness is a high-performance aesthetic and wellness practice built on structure, accountability, professionalism, and an exceptional patient experience. Every role here directly impacts patient outcomes, clinic performance, and long-term growth.

We are highly selective. We are looking for individuals who are committed to growth and excellence, coachable and accountable, and seeking a long-term career — not a temporary job. We hold a high standard for how we show up: for our patients, for our team, and for the work we do every day.

If you are looking for something easy, flexible, or short-term, this will not be the right fit. If you are looking to grow, be challenged, and become part of a high-performing team — we encourage you to apply.

“We don’t sell by the syringe. We build a treatment plan that fits the patient’s face, their goals, and their long-term health — and we build a team the same way.”

What You Gain Here

What Working Here Actually Means

01

Structure That Develops You

Clear KPIs, defined tiers, and monthly performance reviews that give you an honest picture of where you stand — and a roadmap for where you’re going.

02

Clinical Leadership at the Top

You’ll work alongside a master injector who trains other injectors internationally, holds ZO Skin Health brand ambassador status, and sets a technical standard you won’t find elsewhere in this region.

03

Accountability Without Guesswork

Every expectation is documented. Every metric is tracked. No subjective moving targets. You know exactly what success looks like — and you’re supported in reaching it.

04

A Practice Built to Last

We are not a Groupon med spa or a volume-first chain. We compete on expertise, outcomes, and relationships — and the team we build reflects that positioning.

05

Real Career Growth

Tier advancement, expanded scope, and leadership opportunities are available — earned through performance, not tenure. If you hit the bar consistently, the next level opens.

06

Investment in Your Craft

Certifications, continuing education, and clinical training are part of how this practice operates — not optional add-ons. The expectation is growth. The support for it is real.

Clinical Role — MD / DO / NP / PA

Provider: The Standard.

The Provider is the clinical cornerstone of this practice. Advanced medical decision-making, strategic treatment planning, and clinical leadership live here. This is a senior-level role with a single, non-negotiable standard — and advancement in scope, compensation, and authority is earned by invitation through sustained excellence.

The Role in One Sentence

The Physician, NP, or PA performs and oversees advanced medical aesthetic and wellness services — injectables, lasers, regenerative therapies, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and skin health programs — while driving clinical excellence, patient retention, and practice growth through elite-level care, documentation, and leadership.

Five Responsibility Areas

  • Advanced Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety — Deliver the highest level of safe, evidence-based care across all services within licensed scope. Zero preventable safety or compliance violations.
  • Comprehensive & Strategic Treatment Planning — Provide every patient with a documented, future-focused, multi-modality treatment plan integrating aesthetics, wellness, and skincare. Patient education documented at every visit.
  • Productivity & Practice Growth — Maintain a full, well-managed schedule with consistent clinical outcomes. Integrate skincare and ancillary services where they genuinely serve the patient. Drive retention through trust, education, and long-term treatment planning.
  • Compliance, Documentation & Operational Leadership — Complete all documentation and required tasks by end of day. Complete labs, charts, and follow-ups on time. Model operational excellence for the clinical team.
  • Professional Leadership & Brand Contribution — Complete all certifications and continuing education on time. Support and mentor clinical team members. Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and patient education campaigns as a clinical authority.

Treatment Planning
Every Patient, Documented

Every patient leaves with a plan on file. Education, goals, and next steps — all recorded at every visit.

Comprehensive Care
Full-Picture Approach

Providers are expected to see the whole patient — aesthetics, wellness, and skincare — and recommend accordingly.

Documentation
Same-Day, Every Day

Charts, labs, and follow-ups completed before leaving the building. No open items carried forward.

Clinical Leadership
Less Than 5% Escalation

Independent clinical judgment is the standard at this level. Decisions are made with confidence and documented accurately.

The Performance Standard

The Provider role does not follow a tiered apprenticeship path. This is a senior clinical position with a single, non-negotiable standard. Advancement in scope, compensation, and authority is earned through sustained excellence and leadership contribution — by invitation from leadership. Expanded scope and leadership roles are offered, not requested.

Clinical Role — RN / LPN

Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse: The Standard.

The Nurse is a clinical expert and brand ambassador. This role delivers the outcomes patients return for — and drives the production, retention, and reputation the practice is built on. Independent ownership, clinical excellence, and comprehensive treatment planning are the expectation from day one.

The Role in One Sentence

The Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse delivers safe, high-quality medical aesthetic and wellness services — injectables, lasers, chemical peels, medical weight loss, and skin treatments — while independently managing patient outcomes, documentation, and continuity of care through education and long-term treatment planning.

Five Responsibility Areas

  • Clinical Excellence & Patient Outcomes — Deliver safe, effective, high-quality services across all modalities within scope. Less than 5% of patients should require treatment planning assistance from Candice.
  • Comprehensive Treatment Planning — Provide every patient with a documented, long-term, multi-modality treatment plan. Connect aesthetics, wellness, and skincare. Document patient education at every visit.
  • Productivity & Practice Growth — Maintain a full, efficiently managed schedule with strong, repeatable outcomes. Proactively educate patients and support continuity of care through thoughtful treatment planning. Recommend skincare and retail where it genuinely serves the patient’s goals.
  • Compliance, Documentation & Daily Tasks — Complete all documentation and daily checklists by end of day, every day. Maintain 100% compliance with sanitation, cleaning, and equipment standards. Optimize downtime with operational tasks.
  • Professional Development & Contribution — Complete certifications and trainings on time. Contribute to assigned social media content. Actively participate in team meetings and marketing initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

Clinical Productivity
Consistent & Capable

A well-managed schedule with strong, repeatable clinical outcomes. Performance is tracked and reviewed monthly.

Treatment Planning
Every Patient, Documented

Comprehensive Care
Full-Picture Thinking

Nurses are expected to connect aesthetics, wellness, and skincare — and recommend thoughtfully within that full picture.

All charts and daily checklists completed before leaving the building. Full compliance with sanitation and equipment standards.

Independent Ownership
No Supervision Required

Patient schedules, clinical decisions, and daily responsibilities managed independently. Downtime is used productively.

Our Culture

What We Expect — And What We Give Back

This is a high-performance environment. It is also a supportive one. Those two things are not in conflict — they are the point. We hold a high standard because we invest in the people who meet it.

Coachable & Accountable

Feedback is given directly and regularly. Self-awareness and willingness to grow are requirements here — not optional traits.

Long-Term Minded

We are not hiring for a season. We invest heavily in the people we bring on — training, development, and advancement — because we expect a career, not a contract.

Professionally Excellent

Appearance, communication, patient interaction — the standard is consistent and high. This practice competes on reputation. Every team member represents that reputation every day.

Performance Is Rewarded

KPIs are written. Tiers are defined. Advancement is real. When you consistently hit the bar, the next level opens. There are no hidden rules here.

Clinical Excellence First

Patient outcomes and safety are non-negotiable at every level. Every team member — clinical or not — is part of why patients return and refer.

Led by Someone Who Trains Others

Candice Roberts, NP trains other injectors domestically and internationally. The clinical environment here is not average — and neither are the expectations for the people who work in it.

Application Process

How to Apply

Our application process is designed to be thorough on both sides. We review every submission carefully — and we ask the same of you.

01

Complete the Full Application

Every field matters. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Fill out the form honestly and specifically — vague answers signal disengagement before we’ve spoken.

02

Upload Your Resume / CV with References

Include your full work history, credentials, and at least two professional references. Clinical roles should include relevant certifications and licensure information.

03

Record and Submit Your Video

2–3 minutes. We watch all of them. Your video tells us things a resume can’t — how you communicate, how you think, and whether you’re a fit for how we operate.

04

Submit Everything Together

Applications missing any component — resume, references, or video — will not be reviewed. There are no exceptions. If you are serious about this role, complete every step.

Video Submission Requirements

Your 2–3 Minute Video Should Answer:

  • 01 Who you are and why you’re interested in this specific role at this practice — not a generic answer.
  • 02 What exceptional patient experience means to you and how you’ve delivered it.
  • 03 A real challenge you’ve handled in a clinical or professional setting — what happened and what you learned.
  • 04 Why you would be a strong long-term fit for a high-performance, accountability-driven team.

Application Requirements — Checklist

  • Complete application form with all fields filled
  • Resume or CV with at minimum two professional references
  • 2–3 minute video submission answering the four prompts above
  • Clinical applicants: copies of relevant licensure and certifications

Applications missing any requirement will not be reviewed.
