Restore Volume.
Look Like Yourself —
Refreshed.
If something feels “off” about your appearance — even when you feel great — volume loss is often the reason. We restore it in a way that looks completely natural.
Before & After — Filler Treatments
These are real patients of Roberts Aesthetics & Wellness. Natural, balanced, never overdone.

Looking Tired, Hollow,
or Less Like Yourself?
Aging, weight changes, and genetics can all cause gradual volume loss in the face. It happens slowly — and then one day you look in the mirror and something just feels off. You don’t look bad. You just don’t look like you. This is one of the most common and most treatable concerns we see.
Cheeks That Have Flattened
As facial fat diminishes with age, cheeks lose their lift and fullness — pulling the entire midface downward and creating a tired, deflated appearance.
Under-Eye Hollows
Sunken tear troughs cast shadows that make you look perpetually exhausted — no matter how much sleep you actually get.
Smile Lines That Have Deepened
Nasolabial folds and marionette lines become more pronounced as supporting volume recedes, adding years to your appearance.
A Jawline That’s Lost Definition
Volume loss at the jaw and chin softens facial structure and contour — often making the face appear heavier or less defined than it used to be.
This isn’t just about wrinkles. It’s about the loss of structure and support that makes a face look refreshed — and filler restores that structure in a way that looks natural, not obvious.
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore lost volume, enhance facial features, and improve overall facial balance. Most of the fillers we use are hyaluronic acid-based — a substance your body naturally produces that helps maintain hydration, plumpness, and structural support throughout the face.
Why hyaluronic acid filler works so well
Hyaluronic acid is not a foreign substance — it’s already present throughout your skin and connective tissue. When placed precisely, it integrates naturally with your existing tissue, restores volume where it has been lost, and attracts moisture to keep results looking soft and alive. It is also fully reversible, giving you both predictable outcomes and complete peace of mind.
The goal of filler is never to “fill lines.” The goal is to rebuild and rebalance the face — so the result is a more youthful, refreshed version of you, not a different version of you.
How Filler Actually Works
As we age, we lose fat, collagen, bone density, and structural support throughout the face. The result is a face that looks hollow, heavy, or deflated in all the wrong places. Strategic filler placement doesn’t mask that process — it reverses it.
Facial Assessment & Treatment Design
We assess your facial anatomy, volume distribution, and structural support before planning a single injection. Where you’ve lost volume, how your face moves, and what your natural proportions are all inform the plan. This is where expertise makes the difference.
Strategic, Layered Placement
Filler is placed at precise depths to restore volume, lift facial structures, smooth lines, and enhance natural contours. The technique matters as much as the product — correct layering creates results that look and move naturally.
The Treatment (30–60 Minutes)
We use advanced comfort techniques including injectable numbing to keep you comfortable throughout. Results are immediately visible, though mild swelling means full, final results reveal themselves over the following 2–4 weeks as everything settles.
Results That Improve Over Time
At 2–4 weeks, filler has fully integrated and swelling has resolved. Most patients love what they see immediately — and love it even more a month later. Consistent treatment over time can also stimulate collagen, improving skin quality alongside volume.
Where Filler Creates Results
Filler is one of the most versatile tools in facial rejuvenation. The areas we treat depend entirely on your anatomy, your goals, and what will create the most balanced, natural outcome for your face.
- Cheeks (lift and contour)
- Temples (volume and support)
- Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
- Marionette lines
- Jawline (definition and balance)
- Chin (projection and shape)
- Pre-jowl area
- Under-eye hollows (tear troughs)
- Lips (volume, shape, hydration)
- Perioral lines
- Hands (volume restoration)
- Full facial balancing
Each treatment area is considered as part of your overall facial picture — not in isolation. See the full-face balancing section below for why this matters.
“We don’t treat areas.— The Roberts Aesthetics Full-Face Balancing Philosophy
We restore faces.”
The Real Outcomes of Expert Filler
The difference between filler that looks natural and filler that looks obvious is almost never the product. It’s the plan, the proportions, and the hands behind the syringe.
Structural Support Where It’s Been Lost
Strategic filler placement rebuilds the facial scaffolding that diminishes with age — lifting, supporting, and restoring the face from the inside out.
Improved Facial Harmony & Symmetry
Small corrections in proportion — a touch more projection here, a subtle lift there — create outsized improvements in how balanced and attractive the overall face appears.
Results You Can See the Same Day
Unlike many aesthetic treatments, filler delivers visible changes immediately. You leave your appointment looking refreshed — and the results continue to improve as swelling resolves over two to four weeks.
Completely Reversible If Needed
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. You are never locked into a result. That said, the vast majority of our patients love their outcomes from the very first day.
Results That Last 6–18 Months
Depending on the area treated and the product used, filler results last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Areas with less movement tend to maintain results longer. Consistent treatment builds on itself over time.
Surgery-Level Results Without Surgery
Expert filler placement can achieve lifting, contouring, and rejuvenation that would have required surgical intervention a decade ago — with minimal downtime and no general anesthesia.
Full-Face Balancing:
This Is the Difference
Most filler treatments focus on individual areas — a syringe in the lips, a syringe in the cheeks. Targeted, transactional, and often the reason results look “done.” We don’t work that way.
How we actually think about your face
Before placing a single injection, we assess your entire face as a system. We look at how volume in one area affects the appearance of every other area. We consider how your face has changed over time, what’s driving the concerns you’re seeing, and what corrections will create genuine harmony — not just a filled lip or a plumper cheek.
This approach is why our patients consistently describe their results as “natural” and “refreshed” rather than “done.” We are not adding volume for its own sake. We are restoring the balance your face had — and enhancing it where we can.
This is also why many patients who come in for one area discover they are actually candidates for a more comprehensive treatment. If you start with cheek filler, we will always show you what the full picture could look like — because the best results rarely come from treating one area in isolation.
Questions You’re Already Asking
If you’ve seen overfilled faces or exaggerated results and hesitated — your hesitation is completely valid. Those results come from poor technique and no treatment plan, not from filler itself.
Who Gets Great Results — and Who Doesn’t
We believe in honest consultations. We would rather have a real conversation about whether filler is the right solution for you than book an appointment that doesn’t serve your goals.
- ✓Notice volume loss, facial hollowing, or a deflated appearance
- ✓Want more definition, contour, or structural balance
- ✓Are looking for a non-surgical solution with minimal downtime
- ✓Have realistic expectations and want natural, refreshed results
- ✓Have had bad results elsewhere and want a more thoughtful approach
- ✓Are in good general health and not pregnant or breastfeeding
- –Are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- –Have certain medical conditions or autoimmune disorders
- –Have an active skin infection in the treatment area
- –Have significant skin laxity better addressed with surgical intervention
- –Have unrealistic expectations about what filler alone can achieve

What to Expect — and When
Setting Your Results Up for Success
Following these guidelines makes a meaningful difference in your healing, your comfort, and the quality of your final results.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment
- Avoid blood-thinning supplements if medically appropriate — aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E
- Arrive with clean skin — no makeup in treatment areas
- Schedule at least 4–6 weeks before any major event
- Do not touch, massage, or apply pressure to treated areas unless instructed
- Avoid makeup, excessive heat, and strenuous activity for 24 hours
- Sleep with your head elevated the first night if possible
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Contact us immediately if you experience severe or increasing pain, skin discoloration, or blistering
What’s Normal After Filler
Swelling & Bruising
Common in the first 1–2 weeks. Lips tend to swell more than other areas. Bruising typically resolves within 7–10 days.
Temporary Asymmetry
Uneven swelling can create the appearance of asymmetry early on. This resolves as filler integrates over 2–4 weeks.
Initial Firmness or Lumpiness
Filler may feel firm or uneven immediately after treatment. This is normal and softens as the product settles into surrounding tissue.
Lip-Specific Aftercare
- Avoid straws, suction, or intense pressure for 2 weeks
- Expect more swelling compared to other areas — this is normal and temporary
- Keep lips hydrated with a gentle balm or ointment

Your Questions, Answered Directly
How many syringes will I need?
This depends on your starting point and your goals. Some patients achieve their desired outcome with one syringe; others benefit from two, three, or more as part of a full-face balancing plan. We assess this at your consultation and recommend only what is genuinely needed. We never upsell product for its own sake.
Does filler hurt?
We use advanced comfort techniques, including injectable numbing, to keep you comfortable throughout the treatment. Most patients describe a mild pressure or pinching sensation. Lips tend to be the most sensitive area — but numbing significantly reduces discomfort there as well.
Will I look overfilled or unnatural?
No. Our philosophy is built on subtlety, balance, and restraint. Overfilled results are a provider technique issue — not an inherent filler risk. We place less than more when in doubt, and we assess results at follow-up to ensure you are completely happy.
How long does filler last?
Most fillers last between 6–18 months depending on the area treated, the product used, and your individual metabolism. Areas with more movement (like lips) tend to break down faster than structural areas (like cheeks and temples). Consistent maintenance keeps results looking their best.
When should I schedule before an event?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before any major event to allow for full healing, swelling resolution, and optimal final results. If it’s your first filler appointment, give yourself extra time in case any follow-up refinements are needed.
Can filler be combined with other treatments?
Yes — and for many patients, combining filler with neurotoxins, laser resurfacing, or medical-grade skincare creates significantly better outcomes than any single treatment alone. Ask us about our Liquid Facelift, which combines filler and neurotoxin in one comprehensive treatment plan.
Is filler reversible?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Reversal is quick and effective, and the vast majority of our patients never need it — but knowing the option exists gives both of us confidence to work thoughtfully and precisely.
