Appointment Policy
We value your time — and ours. To make each session as productive as possible, please keep the following in mind when scheduling and attending your appointment.
- Please arrive promptly for your scheduled visit. On-time arrival ensures you receive the full scope of your service.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to protect the time of other patients.
- While we always aim to fulfill the full scope of your service, tardiness may limit what we can provide during that visit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens. To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all patients, we ask that you adhere to the following policy.
Booking Agreement: By scheduling an appointment, you agree to follow our Cancellation & No-Show Policy. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. If a cancellation, late arrival (10+ minutes), or no-show occurs without 48 hours’ notice, the card on file will be automatically charged.
Late Cancellation Fees (Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice)
The following fees apply when an appointment is canceled, missed, or you arrive late without sufficient notice:
Team Providers
$50
Late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fee when booked with a team provider.
Candice Roberts, NP
$100
Late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fee when booked directly with Candice.
Repeat Violations
After two cancellations or no-shows within a 12-month period, a $250 non-refundable deposit will be required for all future bookings. This deposit applies only to that specific appointment and is forfeited if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show. Online booking access may also be revoked.
How to Cancel
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If after hours or on a holiday, you may use the Patient Portal to cancel your appointment.
Policy 03
Refund & Pricing Policy
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, all sales are final. We encourage you to ask questions and communicate your goals openly during your consultation so we can set appropriate expectations before any treatment begins.
- Services: No refunds are provided once a service has been rendered. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments needed to achieve your desired results will be at your expense.
- Retail Products: No refunds are offered on products. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item only.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash value. Expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Prepaid Services: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash value. Expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Wallet Credits: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash value. Expire 1 year from the date they are issued.
- Consultation Fees: Applied toward same-day purchases of $250 or more.
- Pricing: All service and retail pricing is subject to change without notice.
Policy 04
VIP Membership Policies
Our VIP Membership Program is designed to reward loyal patients with exclusive savings and benefits. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.
- Three-Month Minimum: Membership requires a minimum three-month commitment. Canceling before three months will result in being charged the remaining balance of your commitment at your assigned tier.
- Wallet Credits: Membership fees are credited to your wallet for use toward eligible services and products. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Discounts: All VIP pricing already reflects your membership savings. No additional discounts may be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Exclusions: VIP promotions cannot be stacked with other offers or specials.
- Account Management: All membership updates, payment changes, or tier adjustments must be managed through the Patient Portal.
- Birthday Month Bonus: Members enjoy birthday perks and discounts specific to their tier, valid only during the month of their birthday.

Pet Policy
For the comfort, health, and safety of all patients and staff, please review the following before your visit.
- Only certified service animals are permitted inside our facility.
- Please leave pets at home. If you arrive with a non-service animal, you will be asked to remove it before your appointment can continue.
