When you opt in on one of our forms, you may choose to receive two separate categories of text messages from Roberts Aesthetics and Wellness:

- Marketing messages — such as special offers, discounts, and product updates (only sent when you have separately opted in to marketing messages).
Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting our office directly. Replying HELP will provide assistance.

Photographs and patient images
We obtain separate, written consent from patients before using any before-and-after photos, testimonials, or other identifying images on our website, social media, or marketing materials. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

Mobile Terms of Service
The following terms apply specifically to our text messaging (SMS) program:
- Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at info@robertsaw.com or (985) 247-0115.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Limitation of liability
